60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.American Society of Anesthesiologists grade I-III; 2.Patients undergoing elective open gastrointestinal tumor surgery; 3.No gender limit, age 60-80 years old, BMI 18-30kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Sleep disorders, sleep apnea syndrome; 2.Patients with chronic pain or neurological diseases; 3.Patients with contraindications for epidural anesthesia; 4.Previous history of hypertension and diabetes mellitus, poor blood pressure and blood glucose control;Long-term use of opioids; 5.Cardiac function grade III to IV; Failure of liver and kidney.
