Control Group:Conventional treatment without glucocorticoids
Treatment group A:On the basis of the control group, methylprednisolone sodium succinate 40 mg was injected intravenously once a day for 7 days
Treatment group B:On the basis of the control group, methylprednisolone sodium succinate 80 mg was injected intravenously once a day for 7 days
Treatment group C:On the basis of the control group, methylprednisolone sodium succinate 120 mg was injected intravenously once a day for 7 days

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult inpatients over 18 years old; 2.Patients met the diagnosis of SCAP, and the diagnostic criteria were implemented according to the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of community-acquired pneumonia for adults in China (2016 Edition) formulated by respiratory branch of Chinese Medical Association; 3.Informed consent for clinical randomized controlled trials was signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Length of hospital stay <= 7 days; 2.Long-term use of glucocorticoid due to various basic diseases; 3.Allergic history or contraindications to glucocorticoid.
