Interventions

P10 group:the airway pressur is set at 10cmH2O, and set the cuff pressur to the target value
P15 group:the airway pressur is set at 15 cmH2O, and set the cuff pressur to the target value
P20 group:the airway pressur is set at 20 cmH2O, and set the cuff pressur to the target value
P25 group:the airway pressur is set at 25 cmH2O, and set the cuff pressur to the target value
P30 group:the airway pressur is set at 25 cmH2O, and set the cuff pressur to the target value

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.For patients who need general anesthesia for tracheal intubation; 2.ASA I~II level; 3.Aged 18~80 years, female height is 155~170cm, male height is 165~185cm; 4.Patients who need single-lumen endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia for elective surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are allergic to related general anesthesia drugs; 2.Patients undergoing oral, throat or chest surgery; 3.Patients with airway stenosis, airway malformation, previous history of tracheotomy, asthma, sore throat, hoarse voice, preoperative cough, airway tumors, pneumothorax, and pulmonary pulmonary complications.
