Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with elective pancreatic surgery; 2.Aged between 18 and 70 years; 3.Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are unable to walk preoperatively or have difficulty walking (e.g., with neurological or musculoskeletal disorders); 2.Patients with mental illness who cannot follow the early activity guidance after surgery; 3.Recent surgery history (within 30 days); 4.Expected postoperative ICU hospitalization over 24 hours.
