Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged>=14 years, and meet the CAP diagnostic criteria in the diagnosis and treatment of community-acquired pneumonia in adults: 2016 clinical practice guidelines (2016 Edition); or meet the diagnosis criteria of HAP in Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of hospital-acquired pneumonia and ventilator-associated pneumonia in adults (2018 edition); 2. It is classified as an immunosuppressive host if the patient fulfill the criteria of the immunosuppressive standard.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. HIV positive; 2. There are contraindications for bronchoscopy, such as coagulation dysfunction, counts of platelets lower than 50 x 10^9/L; 3. Patients who cannot understand and implement the survey plan.
