Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with traumatic hemorrhagic shock; 2.Aged >= 18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe brainstem failure, severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction and severe hepatorenal insufficiency; 2.Patients with traumatic brain injury(TBI); 3.Patients with hypermagnesemia and hypothyroidism; 4.Pregnant or breast-feeding patients; 5.Used acid correction drugs; 6.Any condition that, in the investigators opinion, makes the individual unsuitable for study participation (to be documented); 7.Inability to provide informed consent; 8.Patients who automatically gave up treatment or died during the study.
