Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Between 18 and 80 years old; 2.All patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning meet the diagnostic criteria for carbon monoxide poisoning (a history of carbon monoxide exposure and a coma, combined with the conclusion of the blood carboxyhemoglobin test, according to the national diagnostic criteria (GB87-88), the diagnosis is acute CO poisoning); 3.Did not participate in other clinical research within six months; 4.All the selected patients had carbon monoxide poisoning for the first time; 5.All patients received symptomatic treatments such as hyperbaric oxygen, improvement of brain metabolism, elimination of oxygen free radicals, anti-platelet aggregation, dehydration and lowering of intracranial pressure; 6.The subjects and their family members agreed to participate in the trial and signed the informed consent form for treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy; 2.Poisoning caused by substances other than CO, including substance abuse; 3.History of other diseases of the central nervous system, including infection, trauma, stroke, neoplasm, demyelation, etc.; 4.Contraindications for MRI, including metallic inplants, claustrophobia, allergy to contrast, etc.; 5.Major deficits in heart, liver, kidney function.
