Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with obstructive jaundice caused by local or recurrent biliary tumors that were pathologically or clinically diagnosed as unresectable or refused surgical resection; 2.Bismuthe-Corlette III, type IV malignant biliary obstruction; 3.Age: at least 18 years old; 4.Estimated survival time more than 3 months; 5.ECOG score 0-3; 6.No pregnancy or lactation; 7.Willing to complete clinical research and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The obstruction could not be dilated completely and the stent delivery device could not pass through the obstructive segment; 2.There was biliary perforation; 3.Had a history of stent implantation; 4.Had contraindications for percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage; 5.Subjects were unable to cooperate with the operation.
