Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Functional constipation: 1.Subjects voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent; 2.No gender limitation, aged 18 ~ 75 years; 3.Meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic functional constipation: according to the Rome III diagnostic criteria of functional constipation: must include 2 or more of the following: (1)at least 25% of the defecation feel labors; (2)at least 25% of the defecation is dry pellets or hard feces; (3)at least 25% of the defecation have a sense of inadequacy; (4)at least 25% of the defecation has a sense of rectum obstruction and/or obstruction; (5)At least 25% of the defecation needs manual assistance (such as finger assistance, pelvic floor support); (6)Less than 3 bowel movements per week. 4.Loose stools rarely occur when laxatives are not used; 5.It does not meet the diagnostic criteria of irritable bowel syndrome.The symptoms appeared at least 6 months before diagnosis, and the above criteria were met in the last 3 months; 6.In the past 1 year, the patient was screened out of organic lesions of the large intestine; 7.Able to cooperate with the experimenter to complete the test according to the research program. Inflammatory bowel disease: 1.Subjects voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent; 2.Age 18~75, gender unlimited; 3.Satisfied the diagnostic criteria for inflammatory bowel disease: all patients met the diagnostic criteria for inflammatory bowel disease in digestive pathology issued by the Pathology Society of the Chinese Medical Association in 2014. Comprehensive analysis was conducted in combination with clinical manifestations, endoscopy and histopathology; 4.Patients can communicate well with the researcher and follow the requirements of the experiment. Bacteria donors: 1.No allergy history, long-term medication history, and recent defecation regularity; 2.The provider of faecal bacteria is usually an immediate family member; 3.Healthy adults, no underlying diseases, excluding infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, parasitic infection and other disease status.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Functional constipation: 1.Have serious primary heart, liver, brain, kidney and other serious diseases; 2.Severe anemia and severe systemic infection; 3.A history of thyroid disease; 4.Pregnant or lactating women; 5.Unable to give full informed consent due to mental disorders; 6.Previous history of abdominal surgery or perianal surgery; 7.Previous history of digestive diseases (tumor, inflammatory bowel disease); 8.Past history of intestinal pathogen infection; 9.Those who had taken prebiotics, probiotics or proton pump inhibitors in the past 1 month. Inflammatory bowel disease: 1.Pregnant; 2.Immunosuppressant use in the last 6 months; 3.Diseases with severe immunodeficiency for 6 months; 4.Use of antibiotics and probiotics within 6 weeks; 5.Patients with severe complications, such as local stenosis, intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation, toxic dilatation of the colon, colon and rectal cancer; 6.Complicated with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases, mental patients; 7.Patients who do not take the medicine according to the regulations, get worse midway, have to take emergency measures, cannot judge the efficacy, or incomplete data affect the judgment of the efficacy.
