18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients under general anesthesia for elective thyroidectomy; 2.Aged 18-65 years; 3.No gender limitation; 4.BMI 18-30 kg/m^2; 5.Normal communication; 6.Voluntary subjects signed informed consent were selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Serious cardiopulmonary diseases; 2.History of mental diseases; 3.History of endocrine diseases; 4.History of hematological diseases; 5.History of reflux esophagitis; 6.History of tonsillar or vocal cord operations; 7.History of chronic pharyngitis; 8.History of perioperative long-term use of glucocorticoids.
