Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with age of 60 years or older; 2.Patients who underwent elective hip surgery; 3.Patients with ASA grade I~III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with nervous system diseases, cognitive dysfunction, consciousness disorder and severe visual and hearing impairment before operation; 2.Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases before operation, cardiac function NYHA grade III and above, atrial fibrillation, frequent angina pectoris, heart valve disease, symptomatic arrhythmia, etc; 3.Patients with severe pulmonary diseases, such as long-term family oxygen therapy, moderate or above ventilation function or diffusion dysfunction; 4.Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 5.Patients with emergency surgery or alcoholism.
