Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Infertility duration of more than one year 2. Demand to receive assisted reproductive treatment 3. At least twice with sperm DFI over 30% within last three months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Azoospermic patients; 2. Patients wife was low responder to ovarian stimulation and/or has low ovarian reserve; 3. Patients wife has abnormalities in endometrium, uterus or endocrine, which would influence the outcome of ICSI.
