Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Platforms: 1. Ranking among the top 20 in the online medical consultation industry in 2019-2020; 2. Provide text-based consultation; 3. With the qualification of virtual visits; 4. Provide services in Chinese. Doctors: 1. Providing postpartum depression or depression-related text-based consultation; 2. Affiliated to the psychiatric/psychological departments of the sampled hospitals in provincial capitals; 3. can be visited for virtual and office settings(not in the rest, suspended service; Or cannot be accessed due to work changes).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Platforms: 1. Virtual setting belonging to a hospital that mainly services in offline setting; 2. Affiliated or connected to other platforms for virtual visits. Doctors: 1. Do not meet the medical needs and rationality (for example, the doctor is affiliated to the pediatric psychiatry department, etc.).
