Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A guardian who is at least 18 years old and able to read and answer questionnaires independently; 2. Patients under the age of 18 who are in the inpatient or outpatient department of Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University and have been diagnosed with rheumaimmune systemic diseases by at least two specialists in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology of Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University.
