50 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for adult DDH; 2. In line with the surgical indications, patients underwent THA surgery for the first time; 3. All patients signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and coagulation system and other serious primary diseases cannot tolerate surgery; 2. Patients unwilling to accept the study measures or unable to cooperate due to mental illness; 3. Patients with limb dysfunction due to severe trauma of the affected limb and other disease factors; 4. Patients undergoing surgical treatment for hip fracture, joint infection and other reasons.
