Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted to the Department of Burns and Plastic Surgery, West China Hospital of Sichuan University between August 2015 and August 2018 for long-term infection of the median sternal incision forming sinus tracts after open-heart surgery in cardiothoracic surgery, treated by pectoralis major muscle flap reversal surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-surgical patients and those with incomplete information.
