Patients who have recovered well after total hip replacement during the same period:Nil

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The experimental group: patients undergoing femoral prosthetic fractures after the initial total hip arthroplasty; 2. The control group: patients with good functional recovery after the same period of total hip arthroplasty.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Experimental group: (1) Patients with periprosthetic fractures after total hip revision; (2) Patients with periprosthetic infections; (3) BMI>35 kg/m^2, and with severe osteoporosis.
