Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with bronchial foreign body exploration and removal under rigid tracheoscope in the Department of Otolaryngology of our hospital from April 2021 to December 2023. 2. Aged 1-8 years, BMI 16-27kg/m^2, ASA classification I- IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with full stomach; 2. Children with loose teeth; 3. After adjustment and exclusion of other anesthetic factors, severe mask ventilation difficulties, with laryngeal mask or endotracheal intubation ventilation; 4. Patients with severe malalignment after adjustment of laryngeal mask placement and the exclusion of other anesthetic factors were ventilated by face mask or endotracheal intubation.
