H1 group:Alfentanil 5ug/kg

H2 group:Alfentanil 10ug/kg

H3 group:Alfentanil 25ug/kg

control group:normal saline

20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative cardiopulmonary function and electrolyte were normal,and ECG was normal; 2. QT interval and heart rate corrected QT interval < 440 ms; 3. No antiarrhythmic drugs, ß-blockers, antidepressants and other drugs to extend QT interval, and no endocrine diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to alfentanil; 2. With serious organic diseases; 3. With heart pacemaker, or with abnormal respiratory tract.
