Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Acute-on-chronic liver failure group: (1) On the basis of chronic hepatitis B, patients with acute jaundice intensification and coagulation dysfunction as manifestations of liver failure syndrome caused by various triggers and patients with hepatic encephalopathy, ascites, electrolyte imbalance, infection, hepatorenal syndrome or with complications such as hepatopulmonary syndrome and failure of extrahepatic organs can be combined with. (2) Patients whose jaundice deepened rapidly, and the serum TBil increased >= 10 x ULN or increased >= 17.1 µmol/L daily or with hemorrhage, PTA= 1.5). 2. Inclusion criteria of healthy control group (HC): (1) Healthy men who have undergone physical examination and voluntary recruitment at West China Hospital. (2) The medical history investigation showed that he was healthy, had no history of liver and gastrointestinal diseases, and had no previous hypertension, diabetes and other systemic diseases. (3) No history of surgery within 6 months and blood viral hepatitis markers were negative, and blood liver function and renal function tests showed no abnormalities.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With autoimmune hepatitis, alcoholic hepatitis, drug-induced hepatitis and hepatitis caused by unknown causes; 2. With hepatocellular carcinoma and patients with severe primary diseases of heart, kidney, lung, endocrine, blood, metabolism and gastrointestinal tract or psychosis.
