Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years of age or older; 2. Diagnosed as anterior circulation ischemic stroke based on clinical symptoms or imaging examination; 3. CTA/MRA/DSA confirmed as internal carotid artery intracranial segment, middle cerebral artery M1 or M2 occlusion ; 4. ASPECTS score <6; 5. The time from onset to treatment is within 24 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cerebral hemorrhage; 2. Tenecteplase is contraindicated for intravenous thrombolysis; 3. Past mRS score >= 2; 4. Pregnant women and lactating women; 5. Allergy to contrast agents and nickel-titanium alloys; 6. Arterial tortuosity or other arterial diseases prevent the treatment device from reaching the target blood vessel; 7. With previous neurological or mental illnesses that hinder the evaluation of neurological function; 8. There are multiple vascular occlusions; 9. CT or MRI suggests that there is Space-occupying brain tumors (except for small meningiomas); 10. CT or MRI indicates cerebrovascular inflammation; 11. CTA or MRA or DSA indicates intracranial arteriovenous malformation or aneurysm; 12. With any late disease, life expectancy is not more than 6 months; 13. Patiennts who have difficulty completing the 90-day follow-up.
