Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. High risk factors for preeclampsia; 2. Pregnant woman aged >= 18 years; 3. Singleton pregnancy; 4. Determining the survival of the fetus at 11-13+6 weeks of pregnancy; 5. The fetus has no major malformations (refers to malformations that may cause serious medical problems in the fetus or require special medical and surgical treatment); 6. Pregnant women have no serious diseases, learning difficulties and mental disorders, etc.; 7. The pregnant woman agrees to participate in the trial and signs an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Failed to complete the standardized obstetric examination and fundus examination in our hospital, and did not give birth in our hospital; 2. Existing fundus disease; 3. There are any other diseases that can cause fundus disease (such as chronic hypertension, diabetes, GDM, etc.).
