Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with acute type A aortic dissection (less than 2 weeks); 2.Over the age of 18; 3.Receive surgical treatment in our center.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with Stanford type B aortic dissection; 2.Patients with chronic aortic dissection(with a history of over 2 weeks at the time of surgery); 3.Patients who do not undergo surgery; 4.Patients who take anticoagulants or antiplatelets during the onset of this disease.
