18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.High risk factors for preeclampsia; 2.Pregnant woman age >= 18 years old; 3.Singleton pregnancy; 4.Determining the survival of the fetus at 11-13+6 weeks of pregnancy; 5.The fetus has no major malformations (refers to malformations that may cause serious medical problems in the fetus or require special medical and surgical treatment); 6.Pregnant women have no serious diseases, learning difficulties and mental disorders, etc; 7.The pregnant woman agrees to participate in the trial and signs an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Failed to complete the standardized obstetric examination and fundus examination in our hospital, and did not give birth in our hospital; 2.Existing fundus disease; 3.There are any other diseases that can cause fundus disease (such as chronic hypertension, diabetes, GDM, etc.).
