Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Select 5-10 months old pediatric liver transplant patients with congenital biliary atresia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Liver and kidney dysfunction before surgery; 2. Liver transplantation with excluding dead liver donors; 3. A history of surgery before surgery; 4. The duration of surgery is greater than 10 hours; 5. The amount of bleeding during surgery is greater than 500.
