Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.18-60 years old, American anesthesiologist grade ASA I-II, body mass index BMI between 1924kg/m2 patients diagnosed with gallbladder stones or acute cholecystitis; 2.The patient elects to undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) under general anesthesia, and the operation time is 30min to 90min, and the general condition before the operation is good; 3.Patients without severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organ dysfunction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The family members or I refuse to participate in the research; 2.Patients with preoperative consciousness disorder who cannot cooperate to complete the study or request to withdraw from the study halfway.
