Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with new or aggravated chest pain symptoms, or similar symptoms highly suggestive of coronary heart disease in clinical practice; 2.CAG examination and carotid ultrasonography were performed during hospitalization.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with stroke, including hemorrhagic stroke and ischemic stroke; 2.Combined with diabetes, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, heart failure, congenital heart disease, rheumatic heart disease or pulmonary heart disease; 3.Severe liver and kidney function damage (Child-Pugh class B and above, serum creatinine level > 177 umol/L), severe electrolyte imbalance, multiple organ dysfunction patients; 4.Severe anemia, severe infection is not controlled, malignant tumors; 5.Allergic to contrast agent; 6.Due to body position and other reasons difficult to accept carotid ultrasonography; 7.Poor acoustic window leads to poor image quality, seriously affecting carotid ultrasonography measurement; 8.Patients who have undergone carotid endarterectomy or carotid stent implantation.
