Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The age range is 18-60 years old; 2.At least 2 associate chief physicians have clinically diagnosed psoriasis vulgaris, and the diagnosis has been confirmed by dermoscopy and skin CT; 3.No drugs or other methods have been used to treat this disease in the past 3 months; 4.No other skin diseases at the study site; 5.Able to persist in completing follow-up, with good compliance; 6.All patients selected for clinical trials signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient also suffers from other autoimmune diseases or other skin diseases at the study site; 2.Pregnant or lactating women; 3.Patients with positive skin scratch signs and acute allergic diseases; 4.Patients with psoriasis who have homomorphic reactions; 5.Patients with chronic simple lichen or progressive keratosis erythematosus whose skin lesions are in the acute phase, with a tendency to exudate or scab; 6.Patients with chloasma suffer from endocrine diseases such as diabetes and hyperthyroidism; 7.Patients with chloasma combined with liver and kidney dysfunction; 8.Patients with chloasma who have stopped taking contraceptives for less than 3 months; 9.Patients with chloasma have sensitive skin; 10.Patients with chloasma are those who work outdoors or who cant get sun protection.
