Intervention:Complex decongestive therapy

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The difference between the two arm circumference was greater than 2cm, or the breast cancer lymphedema symptom index indicated the presence of edema; 2. the patients were conscious, without cognitive impairment and language communication disorder; 3. they were willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with internal carotid supraclavicular lymph node metastasis; 2. patients with upper extremity venous thrombosis.
