Experimental group:Training with BCI-Hand Function Rehabilitation Training System
Control group:Traditional Qi manual rehabilitation training (placebo group) was adopted, and BCI equipment was worn, but only data was collected, without training guidance.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The first occurrence of cerebral infarction, in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of stroke in the classification of cerebrovascular diseases in China in 2015, was confirmed by CT or MRI as a unilateral brain lesion; 2.Aged 18-75 years; 3.4 weeks 9 points), sitting balance level 1 or above, can cooperate with assessment and treatment; 6.The patient himself or his authorized agent signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of two or more strokes; 2.Patients with limb dysfunction caused by other reasons before the onset; 3.Patients with shoulder and hand fractures; 4.Patients who are receiving other clinical central nervous system interventions.
