Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Fasting plasma glucose is 5.6~6.9 mmol/L, or glycosylated hemoglobin is 5.7%~6.4%, or 2-h plasma glucose during 75 g oral glucose tolerance test is 7.8~11.0 mmol/L; 2.The age is 18~70 years old; 3.Signing the informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Suffering from cardiovascular disease, liver disease, kidney disease or malignant tumor; 2.Had dietary fiber supplements in the past six months; 3.Pregnant or lactating women.
