SK Group:esketamine 0.25 mg/kg intravenously after anesthetic induction

C Group:same volume saline as SK group intravenously after anesthetic induction

3 Years to 7 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Preschool children with informed consent undergoing tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, aged 3-7 years; 2.ASA I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of epilepsy, hypertension, and mental illness; 2.Children with development delay; 3.Liver and kidney dysfunction, uncorrected heart and brain diseases, and allergy to esketamine; 4.The observation and intervention of this study will be terminated in case of any emergency operation due to postoperative bleeding.
