18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with age >= 18 years old; 2.Staying in ICU and expected time >= 48h; 3.Clear consciousness or coma, but consciousness can recover after remission, and can cooperate to complete the assessment of ICU-AW.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Before admission to ICU, there were diseases of central nervous system, neuromuscular diseases and ICU-AW; 2.A week before admission to ICU, there were adverse functional states (Barthel < 35 points); before admission to ICU; 3.Died before the occurrence of ICU-AW in ICU.
