Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: For patients admitted to the Department of Cardiology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University who were diagnosed with coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris and received PCI treatment, the diagnostic criteria for unstable angina pectoris were based on the standard diagnosis in the 2016 Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Non-ST-segment Elevation Acute Coronary Syndrome in China.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who did not agree to participate in the study and were unable to follow the study protocol to complete the follow-up study; 2.Patients with severe infection, rheumatic connective tissue disease, malignancies, moderate or above anemia (hemoglobin less than 90g/L), and patients receiving glucocorticoid therapy were excluded; 3.Patients who had taken Ticagrelor in the week prior to admission were excluded; 4.There are any subjects that the investigator considers inappropriate to participate in the study.
