Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Gynecological benign tumors, infertility; 2.Preoperative assessment without anesthesia contraindications, prepared for laparoscopic surgery; 3.Patients and their family members received and signed the informed consent before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with emergency surgery, intraoperative change of operation mode, unplanned secondary surgery; 2.Patients with preoperative thrombosis and/or clotting dysfunction; 3.Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other organic diseases of the liver and kidney; 4.Patients with malignant transformation and/or a history of malignant tumors in other sites; 5.There were obvious contraindications to surgery, such as infection, trauma, intestinal obstruction, diarrhea and other complications.
