Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 80 years; 2.Sepsis without coagulopathy, sepsis-induced coagulopathy, and sepsis-associated diffuse intravascular coagulation (DIC) meet the corresponding diagnostic criteria, respectively; 3.Patients or their families are aware of the study content and sign the informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Suffered from kidney, liver, heart, lung organ failure or cancer that may cause death in the past 5 years; 2.Patients have oral problems, difficulty in opening their mouths, or heavy bleeding that affect the quality of the image collection, need to inhale oxygen with a mask and cannot tolerate the sublingual microcirculation test, and those who have severe mental illness who cannot cooperate to complete the test; 3.Patients suffering from congenital coagulation disorders or blood system diseases; 4.Pregnant women, lactating women and those who are participating in other clinical trials.
