Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients admitted to hospital were diagnosed as hepatocellular carcinoma and had no immune system diseases, no history of hormone use, and no co-infection during preoperative examination; 2.Patients who have not undergone radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or immunotherapy before surgery, and intraoperative frozen sections suggest hepatocellular carcinoma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with recent history of infection; 2.Suffering from mental illness; 3.Patients who do not cooperate with the study.
