Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. OSAHS patients with hypertension undergoing sleep monitoring at the Sleep Medicine Center of Beijing Anzhen Hospital from April 2021 to September 2022; 3. After using 1-2 kinds of antihypertensive drugs, the patient's blood pressure is still higher than the target value (140/90mmHg). The antihypertensive drugs include long-acting calcium channel blockers, renin-angiotensin system inhibitors (vascular Tension-converting enzyme inhibitors or angiotensin receptor blockers) and diuretics.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Failure to adhere to oral antihypertensive drugs; or improper selection and use of antihypertensive drugs, including unreasonable drug combination and insufficient dosage; 2. Other secondary hypertension (hypertension caused by renal parenchymal hypertension, renal artery stenosis and other vascular diseases, primary aldosteronism and other endocrine hypertension, etc.); 3. Severe systemic diseases (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, severe liver and kidney insufficiency, recent history of stroke, disturbance of consciousness, neurodegenerative diseases, hypothyroidism, mental disorders, tumors, etc.); 4. Combined with other sleep disorders other than OSAHS (severe insomnia, narcolepsy, abnormal sleep behavior, etc.); 5. People who have recently received oxygen therapy or CPAP therapy and cannot cooperate to complete the study.
