Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18-45 years old; 2.BMI: 18-26kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Women are in pregnancy, breastfeeding, or menstrual period. 2.Acute or chronic pain in the thigh; 3.History of neurological diseases, such as epilepsy, cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury, etc.; 4.Currently using analgesics or psychotropic drugs; 5.There are other acute symptoms on the day of the experiment, such as cold, fever, cough, etc.; 6.Subjects had trunk and lower limb injuries 6 months before the study; 7.History of neurological or psychiatric disease; 8.Serious cardiovascular disease; 9.Regular medication, heavy smoking or alcoholism habits.
