Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria of metabolic syndrome; 2.It accords with the mutual accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis, and also clamps the syndrome of stagnation of the liver; 3.Aged between 18-75 years; 4.Those who voluntarily sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients combined with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (such as cardiac insufficiency, acute myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, etc.), liver and kidney insufficiency, mental disorders and other diseases; Patients combined with severe complications such as type I diabetes or diabetic ketosis; 2.Patients are unwilling to cooperate with data collection and blood sampling; 3.Patients during pregnancy or lactation; 4.Those who use insulin to control blood sugar; 5.Other situations that the researcher thinks are not suitable for participating in this research.
