Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Men; 2. Aged >= 65 years; 3. Coronary artery disease (stenosis >=50% in the lumen diameter of any major coronary artery) was confirmed by coronary angiography and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) was performed; 4. Voluntary and signed informed consent, and with good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With gonadal, pituitary and hypothalamic diseases; 2. With prostate cancer, breast cancer or any other cancer except dark skin cancer; 3. Severe lower urinary tract syndrome (International Prostate Symptom Score, IPSS >21); 4. Prostate specific antigen (PSA) > 4ng/mL; 5. Dementia or uncontrolled depression or schizophrenia; 6. Liver enzyme increased more than 3 times the upper limit of normal; 7. Serum creatinine > 221umol/L or glomerular filtration rate 50%, collateral need use protect godet or balloon expansion), pathological changes of lesion blood vessel diameter 4.0 mm or more, OCT incomplete or lesion is not suitable for OCT imaging, SVG, Visible thrombus, complicated infection or other inflammatory diseases in the target blood vessel; 14.Severe calcification and distortion, failure to predilate successfully, and unsuitable for stent delivery and deployment; 15. Patients who are taking oral anticoagulants; 16. Suffer from autoimmune diseases; 17. HbA1c > 9.0%; 18. Uncontrolled thyroid disorders; 19. SBP > 160mmHg or DBP BBB>0mmHg; 20. BMI > 35 kg/m2; 21. Life expectancy < 12 months; 22. With poor compliance; 23. Participation in other clinical trials did not meet the primary study endpoint.
