18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years; 2. ASA I ~ III, no serious heart, brain, lung, liver or other vital organ diseases except kidney; 3. End-stage renal disease meets the indications for kidney transplantation; 4. Able to cooperate with diagnosis and treatment; 5. Agree and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previously performed kidney transplantation; 2. Multiple organ transplantation; 3. Positive population reactive antibody before operation; 4. ABO blood type is not compatible with kidney transplantation; 5. Accept kidney donors from children less than 10 years old 6. Full stomach patients; 7. Patients considered by clinicians to be unsuitable to participate in clinical trials.
