Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with no previous and present medical history, aged 18 years and above; 2. With primary disease, and transcranial CT, MRI, DSA imaging combined with clinical diagnosis and clinical diagnosis of moyamoya disease; 3. Patients that signed the consent form before entering the trial by themselves or their guardians.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are undergoing other trials.
