Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with American Spinal Injury Association (American Spinal Injury Association, ASIA) diagnostic criteria, SCI levels are all C5-T6 levels, ASIA grade is A, male and female; 2. Preliminary treatment or surgery will be completed by the clinical department. The vital signs of the selected patients are stable, and they are unconscious and can cooperate with rehabilitation treatment; 3. Aged from 18 to 70 years; 4. No craniocerebral injury and serious organ disease; 5. The patient was informed and agreed to this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with major organ diseases or thoracic and abdominal organ injuries; 2. Heart rate at rest > 120 beats/min, systolic blood pressure > 180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 110 mmHg; 3. Combined with chronic respiratory diseases such as severe pulmonary hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pneumoconiosis, and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis; 4. Patients with severe consciousness, cognitive impairment or mental illness.
