Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Sign informed consent; 2.Aged 18 -75 years; 3.Colorectal cancer was confirmed by histopathology; 4.According to the doctor's evaluation and the patient's wishes, the patients who want to receive preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy or postoperative chemotherapy for metastatic lesions without contraindications; 5.ECOG score was 0-1, and the expected survival time was more than 1 year; 6.The function of main organs and bone marrow were normal, and all the functional indexes should be detected within 21 days before the initial treatment; 7.Women with negative serum or urine pregnancy test within 7 days before enrollment must be non lactation patients; 8.Willing to provide blood and tumor tissue samples according to the research plan design; 9.Good compliance, willing to accept postoperative follow-up; 10.They are willing to bear the cost of gene mutation detection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Colorectal cancer is not the primary tumor; 2.Two or more kinds of tumors exist simultaneously; 3.Within 72 hours before the first treatment, fertile women who have a positive urine test, if the urine test is positive or can not be confirmed as negative, further confirmation of serum pregnancy is needed; 4.The patient had a history of other malignant tumors within five years; 5.Patients with contraindications to surgery; 6.The patients died in the perioperative period (30 days); 7.Patients with history of psychotropic drug abuse and unable to quit or mental disorder; patients with bleeding tendency (such as active peptic ulcer) or treated with anticoagulants or vitamin K antagonists such as warfarin, heparin or their analogues; 8.According to the judgment of the researchers, there are other accompanying diseases that seriously endanger the safety of patients or affect the completion of the study.
