Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children with renal puncture under selective local anesthesia for the first time; 2.Guardian informed Consent; 3.The primary caregivers who able to communicate in mandarin.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Renal perforation with renal transplantation was associated with the facial neurologic disorders.
