65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 65; 2.Cardiopulmonary function and electrolyte were normal before surgery, ECG was normal, QT interval and heart rate corrected QT interval < 440 ms; 3.No antiarrhythmic drugs, ß-blockers, antidepressants and other drugs to prolong QT interval; 4.No endocrine diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with allergy to palonosetron or tolansetron; 2.Severe preoperative organic lesions; 3.History of severe motion sickness.
