Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Clear consciousness, stable vital signs, diagnosed cognitive dysfunction (MOCA score < 26); 2.The first onset, and the course of the disease in 1 month to 3 months; 3.No skull defect or skull repair; 4.Above primary school education; 5.Informed consent has been signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Visual or hearing impairment, severe aphasia and other factors affecting cognitive function examination; 2.Previous history of neurological or mental illness; 3.Dementia or marked mental decline precedes onset; 4.Complicated with malignant tumor, severe cardiopulmonary function and liver and kidney dysfunction; 5.Unwilling or unable to cooperate with cognitive function training.
