Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 years old and over; 2.Meet the indications for pacemaker implantation in AVB; 3.QRS duration<=120ms, without bundle branch block.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unable to cooperate with follow-up; 2.NT-proBNP >= 450ng/L; 3.LVEF <= 55%; 4.Atrial fibrillation; 5.Pregnant and lactating women; 6.Severe renal insufficiency (eGFR<=30 mL/(min·1.73m2)); 7.Life expectancy of less than one year; 8.Have been enrolled in other clinical studies that may affect the purpose of this study.
