3 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Osteosarcoma patients were newly diagnosed using pathological result; 2. Receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy regimens and completing the standard treatment course; 3. Detailed medical data (such as medical history, routine blood tests, liver, and kidney function test reports, pathology reports, etc.) are available. Postoperative follow-up records are complete

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with an acute injury, infection, and operation history in recent 3 months; 2. Severe abnormal liver and kidney function; 3. Being on anti-inflammatory medication; 4. Existing blood system diseases before treatment; 5. Patients with other malignant tumors; 6. Diagnosis of autoimmune disease or use of steroid drugs for more than 1 month before treatment; 6. Suffering from mental illness or cognitive dysfunction.
